Our client is a leading financial services institution with a long history of success through high performance and innovation.

Due to continual growth, they are currently looking for a Retention Consultant to assist in the vital role of customer retention and the reduction of customer attrition.

In this role, you will be speaking directly with customers in relation to their home loans, identifying their needs and providing solutions through your in-depth knowledge of both the products on offer and your competitor products.

The role:

• Handle inbound calls from current customers - in relation to both simple and complex queries
• Assess their concerns and needs
• Efficiently navigating through a range of internal systems
• Develop a solution and negotiating a satisfactory outcome to retain the customer

  
Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a customer facing role
• Experience working in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional service to your customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in Home Loans is highly desirable.
