Corporate Financial Services is Australia’s market leader in finance solutions for the pharmacy industry, and a major player in the commercial space. We provide a wide range of finance options across commercial, asset finance, investment and home lending and have over 30 years of experience. We are based in North Sydney but have a national customer base and focus.
We’re currently looking to expand our Mortgage department and are seeking an experienced Broker who is energetic to generate leads to complement the referrals we receive through our extensive referral network. We have a sophisticated client base, with large loan sizes and leads ready to leverage. We are seeking a relationship builder who is keen to move their career to the next phase.
We also need a Broker who looks beyond the basic figures to foster existing bank relationships, in combination with knowledge of the wider market, to achieve the best result for our clients.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally hold a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking (minimum requirement Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Mortgage broker
- Experience in prospecting and bringing in new business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior negotiation and networking skills
- A positive attitude towards providing a high level of customer service ethics and delivery
- Highly proactive with outstanding attention to detail
