We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Equities who wants to work for great clients and is always ready to have a laugh with the Fifth Logic team! Is this you? We would love to chat further.

Fifth Logic is a rapidly expanding Business and IT Consultancy team who pride themselves on being problem solvers in complex environments. We are dynamic, competitive and good fun!

Initially a 6-12 month contract, with plenty of opportunity for to extend or join us permanently.

What are we looking for?

Deep financial expertise, a can do attitude, exceptional people skills, strong work ethic. You should land at the client site with a splash, learn their business, understand their challenges and  drive out  solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Develop and define reporting and capability for the project
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Develop deep relationship with clients, to optimise and enhance delivery of client scope
• Provide knowledge leadership and influence key stakeholders to drive solutions
• Constantly be aware of innovative ways to deliver value to the client 
• Collaborate with Fifth Logic team across other clients to ensure best practice delivery

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 6 years’ experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst in large scale Financial Service projects, with a particular focus on Equities 
• Exceptional collaborative stakeholder management  and communication style
• Ability to think beyond the project brief to ensure best practice and solutions focused output to clients
• Some project management experience welcomed
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven experience in developing and eliciting process documentation, requirements and testing
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualisation techniques and tools
