The opportunity
Fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to join our Member Engagement team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Executive, Member Engagement, you’ll engage with various leaders and stakeholders in the organisation in the delivery of outcomes in the key areas of service delivery and development and business growth.
The Contact Centre function is outsourced to the Fund’s Administrator, and delivery of these outcomes will be achieved through the management and ongoing development of the function and relationship with them in accordance with the partnership charter and HESTA values and culture.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in all aspects of leading a contact centre function in a similar role within the financial services industry.
Critical experience you have that will get our attention is in;
- achievement of these outcomes in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- significant vendor management experience.
- thinking and planning strategically, with a commercial focus, and respond to emerging issues through the development of appropriate strategies and plans.
- identifying opportunities for process improvements, and working with a team to develop adaptable solutions that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- facilitating transformational change, and taking responsibility for continuous improvement.
