Wholesale Equities Adviser
FinEx Wealth, our wholesale equities service provider that faces the Australian wealth advisory and financial planning community, is currently experiencing a period of exciting growth and seeks a motivated professional to join our Wholesale Equities Advisory business.
Based in the Sunshine Coast, QLD
Full or part-time role available
Financial services industry experience
Experience as a financial para-planner, dealers’ assistant or similar is a pre-requisite
Role
Working within the Wholesale Equities Adviser team, the role will involve the production of portfolio reviews for our wholesale clients. This is a key element of our ongoing service offering and a vital element of their ability to deliver value to the direct equities’ portfolios they support and administer.
In addition, given the high levels of communication that are embedded within the portfolio review service provided by FinEx Wealth, the role requires strong account management and some business development skills.
The FinClear Group has existing offices in Sydney and Melbourne and this role will be in our newly opened Sunshine Coast office. We are a highly dynamic and flexible organisation and as such we are open to candidates seeking either full time or a flexible working arrangement.
Qualifications/ Experience
Required:
- Direct experience as a para-planner, dealers’ assistant or similar within a financial planning, accounting, wealth advisory or stockbroking environment
- RG146 qualification (current)
- Strong interest in Australian equities and the wealth industry
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Five years minimum experience
Desirable:
- Exposure to account management or business development
