Due to our ongoing growth we have the need for an additional person to join our financial planning team.

The successful candidate will :-

  • manage all aspects of the administration of the Equip Financial Planning office including supporting the financial planners;
  • prepare quarterly reports, and manage the administrative components of the Xplan database; and
  • provide initial support and limited advice to members, including responding to queries and managing appointments.

To be considered for this role you are likely to possess 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to defined benefit funds. You will have completed or are studying towards your Diploma of Financial Planning. Additionally you will possess a professional can do approach, with a genuine desire to provide exemplary service to our members.
