About Us
We are a boutique Financial Advice firm in inner north-west Melbourne specialising in building, maintaining and protecting the wealth of our clients and their families. We are young, progressive yet operate a well established and loyal client base.
Due to significant growth and a team restructure, we are now seeking a graduate to join our team in a pivotal role that will see you performing a range of tasks to give you a wide exposure to the financial advice industry.

The Role:
We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to take complete ownership of this position and has a strong desire to develop a long-term career in this industry.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and other stakeholders
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Managing and updating client files and database information
- Managing the implementation process of our advice
- Liaising with and developing relationships with our suppliers
- General administration duties
- Taking ownership of your own work flow and task lists
- Electronic and paper filing and scanning when required
Your Experience:
- Tertiary qualified in a relevant field (i.e. commerce, finance, or economics)
- RG146 compliant is advantageous but not necessary
- Previous experience in a customer services and/or phone based role is advantageous
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Flexible and adaptive nature
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Driven to achieve objectives and team orientated
