Your new company
This Boutique Wealth Management firm specialises in advising both retail and High Net Worth clients. They are a well-established firm and are looking to expand by bringing on an Associate Adviser to service their current clients and grow their own portfolio. They are big believers in growing and developing their staff organically and offer excellent long term career prospects.
Your new role
As an Associate Adviser you will work very closely with the Head of Advice and the Senior Advisers providing holistic advice to a portfolio of clients. You will be supporting them and be introduced to their clients. Your other focus will be on servicing current clients to ensure a premium ongoing service is maintained and be targeted on bringing in new clients. You will be expected to learn the ways of business and be involved with the full advice offering to clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a relevant tertiary qualification as well as the Diploma of Financial Planning, with the Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning being preferred. You will have experience in a similar role previously, and be willing to work flexible hours to service your client’s needs. You must have a strong technical knowledge with Paraplanning experience and show ambition to grow within the organisation.
