Transport for NSW integrates planning and service delivery across all modes of transport in NSW. Our workforce of 28,000 is delivering the largest transport infrastructure program this nation has ever seen - $41.5 billion of investment for game-changing projects while we deliver some of the most complex infrastructure and service-delivery challenges faced anywhere.

The opportunity
We have a newly-created role for an innovative and inclusive leader to bring fresh thinking to our team and improved service to our customers. The Bespoke Recruitment Project Lead is responsible for planning, designing and pricing of bespoke recruitment projects from identification of requirement through to implementation and project closure.
Ideal experience, skills and personal qualities for success in this role:
You will enjoy change and see new ways of doing things, you should challenge convention to build and improve on existing practice. You’ll get a spring in your step from delivering outcomes for clients and spare them the complexity of how you got there.
A commitment to quality and ability to do the detail without losing sight of the bigger picture is important. You’ll be resilient, energetic, committed to getting it right but without losing your perspective and humour. Ideally you will have experience working with key stakeholder, volume hiring requirements and you will be able to scope the cost and define the timeline a hiring strategy to deliver required business outcomes, and ideally you will have experience in coordinating logistics, communication, training and resources to support the implementation of Special Recruitment Projects
