The Associate Adviser (Level 1) supports the Practice Management team by providing financial planning documents and client support services to Advisers and Associate Advisers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work efficiently with Advisers and Associate Advisers to generate financial planning documents in accordance with policies and legislation
- Financial modelling
- Assist Advisers in managing client relationships in line with agreed timeframes and service standards
- Ensure compliance with risk framework
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and identify and implement opportunities to improve our service offering and/or address inefficiencies
- Attendance at client meetings as required
The successful candidate will have:
- RG146 compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management, prioritisation and delegation skills
- Degree qualified in Finance, Financial Planning or equivalent
- Experience using Xplan and knowledge of the regulatory environment is desirable but not essential
