Our client is a leading investment services provider seeking an ambitious Client Services Officer. This is an incredibly successful business which is experiencing significant growth year on year, and as such, there is a genuine opportunity for driven individuals to fast track their career development.

This role will see your time split across client service and operational tasks. Typically, you will look after approximately 20 queries per day - this is a low volume environment, which focuses on the quality of work and not quantity. 

Typical duties include:
  • Account maintenance and client servicing
  • Deal Group/Adviser admin 
  • Client reporting and mailing services
  • Transactional processing
  • Facilitating and supporting transitions
  • Adviser and dealer group administration

Skills & experience required:

We are seeking a pro-active and driven individual, with a desire to go above the day to day responsibilities. To be successful you will have:
  • Minimum 2 years financial services experience within an understanding of managed funds / investments / superannuation
  • Ideally your experience will come from Wealth Management background (i.e. Stockbroking, Financial Planning, Superannuation and Investments)
  • Knowledge of platform, reporting and wrap services preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and work ethic
  • Strong computer skills - proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel and outlook is preferred
  • The desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make decisions and be self-motivated
