We are currently on the lookout for a ServiceNow Delivery Lead to join ING Australia. The ServiceNow Delivery Lead will take responsibility for the delivery, enhancement, maintenance, administration and support of the ServiceNow platform for ING Australia. They will also be responsible for providing operational CIO support using ServiceNow expertise. The ServiceNow Delivery Lead will collaborate with local and global teams and work to improve the overall ServiceNow experience and product utilisation.
Main responsibilities
- Second line ServiceNow support and tool administration
- Coaching, supporting and training the CIO team
- Leading delivery on ServiceNow initiatives, product backlog and improvements
- Ongoing CIO reporting support
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Project management certification or Agile Project management foundation certified
- Certified Service Now Administrator
- ITIL foundation certified
- Extensive solution and service design with ServiceNow
- Extensive configuration experience with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow – HTML/CSS, JSON, Angular JS and AJAX
- 4 + years commercial IT experience with at least 2 years of demonstrated experience within ServiceNow platform
- Hands on delivery experience
- Experience with ServiceNow modules
- 2 + years hands-on experience in design, development and deployment of business workflows using ServiceNow platform
