The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Engagement Officer to be a part of our Customer Service Management team within Transport for NSW. This role plays a key part in making NSW a better place to live, work and visit.
Reporting to the TSS Change Manager, the Service Engagement Officer is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of engagement campaigns that drive service optimisation across TSS. This includes defining and developing content for project communications and change initiatives. In collaboration with the TSS teams and relevant agency leads, the role coordinates, manages and disseminates materials for targeted user groups via identified channels. The role partners with relevant stakeholders to support the delivery of defined outcomes and to ensure business and customer requirements are met.
We are looking for a proactive and meticulous individual who has the capability to work with a wide range of operationally diverse people across the portfolio and has experience in managing time and stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Essential requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline is preferred or equivalent experience
