The role
As part of the expansion in our Sydney Office, we are seeking a Full time Credit Support Officer to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a solid understanding of financial services, strong administrative background and a high attention to detail as well as a real passion for customer service. Your key responsibilities will include (not limited to):
- Package loan applications so that Credit Analysts can efficiently assess loans
- Prepare loan documentation in accordance with La Trobe Financials procedures and policies
- Preparation of credit reports including ordering of valuations
- Data entry and processing
- Liaising with solicitors and customers in a professional manner
- Processing of settlements
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Keep abreast of industry information and changes
- Represent La Trobe Financial in a professional manner and demonstrate La Trobe Financials corporate values at all times
- Any other tasks requested to support Credit Analysts and your direct manager or executive
To be considered for the opportunity to work in a friendly environment within a supportive team you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in Financial Services or a broker firm is highly advantageous
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administration skills and a high attention to detail
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Working in a fast paced and growing environment
- The ability to work autonomously as well as remaining a team player
