Our client is a leading domestic bank with an excellent opportunity at Senior Manager level to contribute to and influence the Expense & Productivity activity within their Retail Banking business unit.

This role will require business partnering and process re-engineering

Responsibilities;

Manage a team of 2 direct reports
Planning and forecasting of expenses, relevant projects & productivity benefits
Drive insightful analysis across expenses & productivity
Lead the product expense and productivity team through its transformation towards driver-based expense
Provide management oversight and guidance regarding pricing, terms and risk assessment to negotiation of complex contracts.

What you need;

Previous experience driving financial performance (4-7 yrs)
Strategic thinking & analytical skills
Leadership skills including talent development and coaching
Graduate qualifications in finance / business
Post graduate qualification (e.g. ICA/CPA, MBA)
