Skills and Abilities:

• Accounts payable & receivable position required, with a minimum three years experience with a sound knowledge of the Body Corporate Community Management Act 1997.
• High level skills within the system of StrataMax/StrataPay.
• High level skills within system of Xero.
• High level skills within the system of Bing.
• High level skills within Excel and Word.
• Proficient use of internet and email applications.
• Proficient in literacy and high proficient in numeracy.
• Excellent customer service (phone and face to face).
• Flexible and helpful approach when dealing with clients and fellow managers.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to accept responsibility for multi-tasking as required by managers.
• Ability to set goals and develop strategies to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Attention to detail is a prime requirement

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Payment of invoices and collection of owners levies and arrears processes.
• End of Month, preparation of financial statements on an accrual basis. 
• Financial Budget preparation.
• Preparation and distribution of contribution levy notices within time frames pursuant to legislation.
• Monitoring of accounts and taking appropriate action to recover outstanding debts as per company policy and procedures.
• Preparation of Statutory forms, Tax Returns and BAS.
• Reporting to Directors on an as required basis.
• Assist with general office duties particularly during leave periods.
