Position

This is a strong technical financial accounting role to provide assistance to  the Finance Manager around year end processes; preparing financial statements as well as implementing new accounting standards.  In addition, you will manage the day to day financial reporting (including statutory reporting) requirements including month end, reconciliations and journals.

Profile

You are CA/CPA qualified, and possibly straight from the profession as an Auditor if you have relevant experience working with Listed organisations.  Your technical skills are strong. You MUST have extensive statutory reporting experience as well as working with new accounting standards. You can adapt quickly to new environments and add immediate value.  Excellent communication skills are essential, and you are flexible and happy to help the team out with potential longer hours at year end.  A proactive nature is essential as well as a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Benefits

$90k to $100k + super + benefits depending on experience. Fantastic high profile organisation located in Sydney's CBD.
