We are currently seeking a Collections Officer to work for a large and very highly regarded business. This will be a 3 month contract role with an immediate start and is located in Fortitude Valley.
The role will entail:
- Calling customers for collections
- Working with Region to ensure customer problems are resolved
- Courtesy calls on large invoices to address any issues and resolve quickly to collect funds
- Assisting with responses to Debtor escalation letters and requests for invoices
- Assisting with responses to statements and requests for invoices
- Assisting with preparation of Debtor escalation letters and adding notes to individual accounts re discussions with customers
- Assisting with account reconciliation / dispute resolution on accounts to clear invoices
- Account maintenance
Your experience:
Candidates are required to have previous experience in Collections/Accounts Receivable, strong attention to detail and a highly professional telephone manner. This company is an employer of choice and offers an outstanding working environment.
