We are currently seeking the expertise of a Chief Executive Officer who can lead our South Australian operations, you will ultimately be responsible for the growth of the brand in South Australia.

With a focus on strategic development and furthering the integration of Landmark Harcourts and NAI Harcourts, we require an unparalleled understanding of the industry, franchising, recruitment and marketing principles. 

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Establish and maintain strong and effective relationships with key franchise owners and stakeholders throughout Harcourts SA
• Lead, develop and implement the strategic plan for Harcourts SA
• Champion growth across South Australia
• Provide leadership and coaching, as well as overall development, to the South Australian corporate team
• Be the spokesperson and face of Harcourts SA at internal functions and events

Ideally you will have experience working in a franchise environment, with a focus on growing a network of successful franchisees.
