Internal Sales - Sales Order Processing

• Hours 8:30am – 5:00pm

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales coordinator to join our growing team at Glen Dimplex Australia Pty Ltd.

Glen Dimplex is one of Australia's leading importers/manufacturers of gas and electric heating, cooling and cooking appliances.

The successful applicant will be working in a busy sales support role. You will need to have an exceptional work ethic and understand the importance of satisfying both customers and retail partners.

Your tasks include:

• To provide excellent service to all Glen Dimplex customers.
• Processing of all sales orders upon receipt, either via email, fax or phone
• To provide information regarding, stock availability, pricing, products and deliveries to Trade Partners/Customers.
• Review and action outstanding order reports to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time and efficiently. Follow up on all back orders and source from other warehouse and/or suppliers if needed.
• Scanning completed purchase orders onto the network drives.
• Investigate logistics issues from Trade Partners/Customers and liaise with the relevant Logistics provider. Also follow up with the account managers and stores if required.
• Co-ordinating home deliveries for our trade partners
• Other duties if and when required.
