One of the leading providers of commercial and residential security control systems are now hiring! They are looking for an energetic and phone savvy Internal Sales & Retention Agent to manage new sales enquiries and handle retention of their existing customers. They sell, install and maintain CCTV, access control and alarm systems to a diverse range of customers from home owners to Universities. 
 
Responsibilities 

• Inbound & outbound calls
• Identify & recommend system upgrades
• Handle objections & convert all sale opportunities
• Resolve customer enquiries 
• Record all calls & actions
• Liaise with other sectors of the business to ensure all enquiries are resolved

What we are looking for

• Telesales experience (Minimum of 1 year)
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated and sales driven
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Willingness to learn new products and develop technical knowledge
