What’s great about this role?

As the National Account Manager you will have total responsibility for the profitable revenue and growth for the Private label business with all of the national grocery retailers. Reporting to the Head of this Business Unit you will be provided with support, training and development that will hold you in great stead for the future.

This role will suit an up and coming National Account Manager or Senior Account Executive who is ready for the next step to assume total responsibility for a suite of customers. This business is vibrant, fast paced and a fun place to work with a group of like minded people all wanting to contribute to the continued success

What you will be doing

As the National Account Manager you will manage the day to day processes with all domestic private label retail customers and help manage successful outcomes and sales results ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction with the business.

This role will also be responsible for a number of other contract manufacturing customers including the industrial channel as well as lead the planning, forecasting and customer service delivery functions for the channel.

What you can offer

The National Account Manager will ideally have:

  • Experience as an Account Manager and / or Account Executive within FMCG (private label experience highly regarded)
  • Tertiary qualified in commerce or a related discipline
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team
  • Strong forecasting ability with proven track record
  • Market research data experience
  • Proven ability to analyse and interpret sales data
  • Career focused and hard working
  • Ability to negotiate and influence with a track record of success
  • High level of verbal and communication skills
