We are seeking a National Manager who is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with exceptional people management skills, experience in managing a sales team and has an understanding of the union between sales and marketing.
This is a newly created senior role, which means you’ll be the first to take the reigns, make it your own and challenge yourself to take All Shutters & Blinds to the next level.
Your role.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and liaising with Marketing & Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Building and leading a team of national sales consultants, driving performance through strong sales management principles
- Working closely with the management team to forecast, determine and execute the All Shutters & Blinds retail sales and marketing strategy
- HR of sales, accounts and administration departments
- Manage P&L, set and manage KPIs and budgets, develop monthly sales reports
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of your respective teams. With an emphasis on ensuring an exceptional customer experience
Your experience and character.
- Sales or management experience, leading high performing teams.
- Track record in the consumer goods space, demonstrating commercial acumen and understanding of the customer experience
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Australia
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High emotional intelligence, with excellent conflict resolution skills
- Tech-digital savvy with high-level Apple computer and tablet competency
- A motivational leader
Travel expectations.
You will be based in the Clontarf, QLD head office, however regular interstate travel is necessary.
