Sales Representative - Fagersta Steels
We are a national stainless steel distributor looking to grow our business in QLD.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for ambitious and mature individuals with a strong customer service background and sales experience to grow with this fast-moving dynamic business.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will utilise your exceptional customer service skills as well as your industry knowledge and experience, to support the sales team in building and maintaining the active customer base. Your strong desire to succeed and advance with the company will also assist the sales team in executing growth strategies and sales initiatives.
What you will be doing:
- Identifying and capturing new business opportunities
- Creating sales initiatives in-line with the Business Plan
- Developing and consolidating long standing relationship with key customers
- Increasing and maximising volume with established customers
- Maintaining and servicing the existing customer base
- Achieving / Exceeding the Sales Budget
What we are looking for in you:
- Prior customer service and/or sales experience in a similar role (preferably in stainless steel industry)
- Strong business acumen & problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to details and excellent numerical skills
- Confident, engaging and compelling communication skills
- The ability to work un-supervised
- A positive, ‘can do’ and willing to learn attitude
- Own transport
- Determination to succeed
