About the company

With a culture committed to quality, customer satisfaction and the true rewarding and support of all employees, the business is now seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to join the Sydney team in a key leadership role.
About the role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this is a key management role where you will effectively lead, manage and motivate a region of field based territory managers to enhance the presence of the company's range of products. This will involve superior execution of account activity, marketing programs and field sales strategies. Further, you will be responsible for the implementation of best practice processes; development & execution of business reviews; along with selection, training and development of staff.
Skills & experience
Tertiary qualified with experience in FMCG field management, you possess strong people management & motivation skills, along with excellent selling and negotiation ability. Highly advantageous will be key or state account management experience. If you are commercial, passionate, energetic and looking to fast track your career, look no further.
