We are looking for an exceptional property professional to join our vibrant and experienced team who have a collaborative approach and are genuine about helping our clients excel in all areas of property.
Our clients range from first time property buyers looking to buy their first home through to experienced property investors adding to their property portfolio.
Your duties as a Property Consultant will include consulting, researching and assisting buyers in all aspects of the property buying process to help them acquire the most appropriate property for their needs. The types of property we generally offer includes new homes, off the plan townhouses, apartments and duplexes, dual key and home & land packages in various areas across South East Queensland. Your experience with these types of properties is essential.
To be considered for this role you will need to prove you have in-depth knowledge of the property industry, a passion for helping people achieve their investment/property goals and excellent customer care and relationship building skills.
We are offering the successful candidate a generous remuneration package (retainer plus commission), flexible hours, admin and back office support and a steady flow of qualified leads.
To also be considered you must have:
A professional attitude & be well presented;
Be able to work at least 5 days per week (including evenings and some weekends)
Be self-motivated & able to work autonomously; and
Have your own car/driver's license (essential)
