Your new role
As the Regional Sales Manager you will drive new equipment sales within your territories, as well as overseeing the aftermarket operations. You will identify and evaluate new business opportunities, while maximising accounts and relationships with clients and customers that have already been established. You'll confidently put into place and action both a sales and marketing strategy to increase profits and market share in your territories, whilst managing all OH&S standards.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Essential technical and sales experience within the commercial HVAC field
  • Proven sales management experience at a senior level and highly developed contract negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
  • Strong leadership capabilities in managing and developing people
  • Ability to manage change and work in a changing environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Success in developing and maintaining business relationships to increase revenue
