The Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Roadway Light Source Solutions, this role is a full-time position. The purpose of the role is to assist with the delivery of sales and profit results by servicing the needs of customers and ensuring the client base is professionally and efficiently serviced before, during and after sales.
The primary responsibilities for this role are to:
- Support the Sales team by managing an existing client base and nurturing new business leads
- Attend to phone and email enquiries and respond promptly to requests and new leads
- Process sales invoices, credits and warranty requests
- Assist in all reporting and general administrative requirements including data entry, product file management and month end reporting
About You
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Comfortable working in a flexible sales environment provide quality customer satisfaction.
- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy
- The ability to resolve customer concerns in a confident and professional manner
- Some knowledge of lighting would be highly regarded but not essential
