ARB is seeking an energetic Senior Sales Person to lead and manage our motor vehicle dealer business in WA. This position is based at our State Office in Canning Vale.
To secure this role you will possess proven skills and ability in the following areas:
- Relationship building at all levels from mechanic through to dealer principal;
- Strong business development skills;
- Onsite promotional creativity and flair;
- Leadership expertise and effective staff training capabilities.
Key functions in this role include:
- Supporting our existing substantial customer base;
- Expanding the penetration of our wide product range into all accounts;
- Train dealership staff in fitting and maintenance of our products;
- Coordination of the fitting of our accessories to dealership vehicles at our own company workshops.
The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal and great customer service skills. Ideally, you will be highly organised and have proven experience in a dealer or fleet sales environment. Familiarity with the 4WD market is also desirable.
