We have an exciting opportunity for a print sales consultant, ideally with a background of selling commercial printing services to help us reach new business development efforts. We require a driven and highly motivated sales individual with a strong proven track record in sales within the print management or business process outsourcing industry.
You will be providing printing solutions to our customers and prospects through a consultative approach. You are passionate about maintaining and growing our customer base to increase revenue by qualifying customer needs and recommending solutions in the form of high-quality print products and services. You love variety in a role, in addition to commercial printing, you will be expected to sell the conversion of offset to digital printing utilizing a Web2Print solution.
Essential Requirements:
- Develop and manage sales pipeline;
- Prospecting, establishing and maintaining value-based relationships with customers;
- Act as a liaison between customer and the organisation to communicate job specifications and ensure high product quality;
- Maintain regular contact with customers to answer questions and guide customers through product choices and options;
- Exceed sales targets by face to face and phone selling;
- Meeting all deadlines - able to work in a fast paced environment;
- Securing new business through cold-calling new prospects;
- Expanding existing client relationships;
- Current Driver’s Licence.
You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels within the business.
