About the Company

The Role:
• Consult with small to medium size merchants to win their business
• Account manage existing merchants to ensure customer satisfaction
• Selling across multiple product lines and clearly articulating the value of each   product
• Ensure that client documentation/contract is complete without errors and in a timely manner
• Managing pipeline by making outbound calls to customers and partners.
• Provide proposals and assist merchants in comparing our services to their current service
• Maintaining customer records and activity in the CRM
• Manage and support customer queries and requests

Skills and experience:
• Ability to quickly engage people on the phone
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and develop
• Can prioritise tasks and work in a timely and efficient manner
• Personable, enthusiastic and resilient
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a small team
• Looking to build a career in sales
• Eager to make a meaningful contribution in a fast-growing company
• Be able to easily develop rapport with clients
