THE ROLE
We are searching for an enthusiastic and experienced customer service professional to join our Customer Support Team in West Perth. You'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, quotes and orders, and providing strong levels of customer service and internal stakeholder support.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONISBILITIES
- Managing customer enquiries, quotes and purchase orders
- Processing quotations and sales orders in SAP
- Expediting sales orders to meet customer delivery requirements
- Following up on open quotes in order to maximize sales opportunities
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand and support customer requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in an Internal Sales or Parts Interpreter role, preferably from a mining, aggregates or heavy industrial background
- Excellent customer service experience with expertise in building strong customer relationships
- Confident communicating and working with different levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Must have experience using SAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage competing demands while working to tight deadlines
- Highly motivated and results focused
