Description

  • Develop strategic plans to achieve new business targets
  • Identify, evaluate and pursue new leads to maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in order to achieve the company's growth strategies
  • Managing timely activity reporting
  • Involving in industry forums and events to assist in the development of business relationships which lead to new prospects
  • Proactively identify and target quality prospects which will benefit from the range of company products and allow the company optimum cross-sell opportunity
  • Executing all sales proposals / quotes in line with the company's sales process
  • Preparing and conducting sales presentations and negotiations with stakeholders to achieve growth targets
  • Applying sales methodologies to ensure closing deals
  • Advocates on prospects behalf by communicating feedback and information to relevant internal stakeholders to ensure optimal level of service is provided

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Institutional sales
  • A thorough understanding of fleet management, asset management
  • Experienced sales professional with a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with confidence dealing with senior level executives
  • Highly developed influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service ethic and attention to detail with a focus on providing quality service outcome
  • A pro-active self-starter with an ability to work autonomously
