Our client is a well established player in the foodservice equipment industry. Due to ongoing growth they have a requirement for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team of outgoing professionals.
 
Reporting to the National Operations and Service Managers your key responsibility in this critical role will be to provide efficient and high level customer service whilst coordinating Technicians to go out on site to high profile clients and to assist them with any issues which they may be experiencing.
 
Responsibilities:
• Scheduling of service calls with external Technicians and Contractors
• Purchase order requests and spare parts requisitions
• Preparation of service history reports for internal teams
• Preparation of client reports as requested by clients
• Assist with quotes
• Preventative maintenance scheduling
• Invoicing of charges to customers
• Reconciliation of invoices from contractors
• Approval of all service invoices
• Liaison with a wide variety of internal teams including service, logistics, sales
 
Skills and experience:
• Previous experience within the Foodservice Equipment industry - highly regarded
• Previous experience in a service coordinator position - 2 years+ 
• Previous experience dealing with Technicians and Contractors - highly regarded
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Pleasant and professional manner
• Team player with ability to work autonomously
• Strong character
• High level of customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong problem solving skills
