This role is an exciting challenge for a driven and commercial National Account Manager to own the strategy and relationship of a growing major national retailer. 

Your primary functions will be to directly manage one of the company’s largest accounts to ensure correct levels and targets are consistently maintained as well as negotiate viable, commercial business agreements. You will also be required to demonstrate sound leadership and promote a positive work culture internally whilst driving account initiatives assertively and thoroughly.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Independently manage a major National Account
  • Define and achieve sales goals, budgets and margin targets
  • Oversee and review daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Develop and refine financial modelling with key stakeholders to ensure optimal ROI (promotional investment/activity)
  • Develop and Implement a clear strategy to support the commercial objectives of your account
  • Develop and optimise account promotional strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing on the product, range, account-specific marketing activities and other opportunities
