You?
We are looking for a results orientated, hard working, passionate, friendly, chatty, happy person that is self driven, thrives from growing and learning, likes to work together in a team to reach goals and loves selling!
You will need to love talking to and meeting new people every day, be equally a good listener, be self driven enough to working toward individual and club targets and enjoy the feeling movement and meditation brings to restore calm in our busy members lives. You must also love learning, working on your own as well as part of a team and seeing people achieve results and get excited about changing lives on a daily basis.
The Role?
We need someone that loves selling and also is passionate about health and fitness. They must be able to listen to customer's needs and then motivate them to take a plunge and get started on their wellness program. Everyone needs a cheerleader! The role includes setting up business alliances, selling memberships, reporting, promoting workshops, lead generation, local promotional activities, running local marketing channels and running the day to day activities of the studio. The key role is to ensure the business KPI's are meet daily. weekly and monthly.
Who we are?
Soulful Fitness is a unique thriving boutique wellness hub that is bustling with members wanting to improve their mind, body and soul. It's a beautiful yoga, Pilates, reformer, spin and barre studio in Lane Cove that delivers 75 classes per week plus healing workshops and is targeting the non-gym goer to help our community get into a health and fitness program. This studio has been designed to provide a different workout experience for those who don't like what the current gym set up has to offer. The business has been opened for nearly 2 years and already has been a finalist three times in the Champion of Champion Small Business Awards winning in 2017.
Must have 12 months retail, sales, recruitment or customer service experience.
Desirable but not essential first aid and CPR and to have practiced yoga or Pilates
Full training provided by an international industry expert.
$47K base negotiable upon experience, + commission per sale. OTE $50K
Full time hours - 38 per week
