Pacific Optics is also an authorised distributor for Telstra & Boost Mobile in the Pre Paid Telecommunications category, as well as distributor for Sony Music, Universal Music, Warners Music & Bolinda Audio Books.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to Join our team.
This role will have the successful candidates out on the road actively servicing our existing customer base, building relationships with existing customers, as well as sourcing new business opportunities.
The position is based in Perth and will include country travel over a 6 week period.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customers in their own territory via a Vendor refill model.
- Sell broad range of products into existing territory
- Merchandise and gain optimum positioning instore
- Achieve Sales Budgets
- Build long term customer relationships
- Grow customer base
- Effective Team Work between Reps, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure optimum sales results
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of FMCG sales. Ideally (but not essential) within the Petrol and Convenience Channel.
- Experience in General Merchandise Products well regarded
- Superior on the road sales skills
- Well Organised
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Minimum 3 years relevant Sales Experience
- Experience in Cold Calling Or similar BDM role is a must
