Australian product manufacturing company located in Chatswood seeks professional sales person to grow the NEW division within our rapidly expanding business - our homewares/aromatherapy range of products. While you will be responsible for servicing an already existing client base, your focus will be on growing this portfolio. You will be working to set KPI's and targets.
We are looking for a person with strong sales skills, someone who can develop strong customer relations. Must be well presented, well spoken and loves dealing with people on all levels. A mature person who loves a challenge, who is not a "clock watcher" and who can be flexible to change at the last moment. Someone who is reliable, honest and can work well both on their own and in a fun team environment. This is an on the road position so requires a person who is used to driving long distances and working autonomously. You may be required to be away from home for up to a week at a time, and also travel interstate.
The range of products you will be responsible for are –
- Luxury aroma candles
- Room diffusers
- Body / Room spritz
- Additional new products being released soon
This role includes -
- Reaching sales targets
- Daily cold calling.
- Existing client sales and support both in store and by phone.
- Provide training on sales and product knowledge.
- Provide demonstrations.
- On call telephone sales and assistance.
- Assisting in development of new marketing materials/merchandising.
- Assisting in the research and development of new products to expand range.
- Manage and assist in the annual Sydney International Beauty Expo and any other Expos as required.
We will provide full product training. Previous sales experience necessary.
We will supply all equipment necessary to perform this role. Must have own car.
