About the role 
This is your opportunity to position yourself in a company where your contributions will be welcomed and valued. You will generate new business sales revenue from software licenses and services within our expanding account base and identify new customer opportunities in the broader marketplace.

Your focus will be to retain and grow existing customers, and develop new business opportunities.
 
You will be responsible for:
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities
  • Actively generate leads
  • Prepare accurate activity reports, plans and sales forecasts
  • Drive customer outcomes and profitable service delivery within strategic accounts
  • Build outstanding internal relationships
  • Understand the business products and services, and benefits offered to customers
You will work across the Fruition Partners team by identifying market opportunities to grow the business by understanding the customer’s business drivers and challenges and building and maintaining senior level relationships to generate new business opportunities.

About you 
With an extensive ICT business development sales background, ideally with recent ITSM sales experience (ServiceNow or a similar product), you have strong relationships in the local market, and are able to present and negotiate value proposition with C-Level executives.
You enjoy prospecting and developing your own leads and have demonstrable leadership, mentoring, and reporting skills. With an excellent track record of achieving sales targets, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with an outgoing and personable approach.
