Flexikitch is an emerging small corporate organisation specialising in corporate hospitality and finance. We’re on the search for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Representative to join the team.

Flexikitch are team orientated and values driven, embrace change, creativity and diversity and offer a supportive and flexible work environment.

Working from the sophisticated office in Coburg North, the role is responsible for proactively seeking new opportunities and effectively managing a broad customer base in the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for endorsing and selling an extensive range of hospitality equipment and finance products and services.

Skills and expertise;

  • Ability to build up and maintain a customer network
  • Ability to establish relationships and build rapport
  • Able to execute focused and measurable marketing and sales strategies
  • Have a strong established hospitality background
  • Have the skills and ability to identify sales opportunities, seek out and cultivate new opportunities
  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous catering equipment or coffee equipment background highly desirable
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to new situations
  • High Level of general IT skills (MS office suite, CRM systems)
  • High level of numerical competence
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to negotiate and meet tight timeframes
  • Ability to consistently maintain a professional manner and presentation
  • Participate in trade shows demonstrating products and closing leads
  • Be prepared to travel on occasions interstate and/or offshore
