YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Paramount Fire and Protection Services is a recently established, family owned company looking to develop a successful business initially within Western Australia, aiming to expand across the rest of Australia.
The newly created Sales Executive must have a solid understanding of fire related products Fire Suppression and Detection Services as provided by the company, including relevant new or updated products.
The main activities will include:
- Establishing, developing and maintaining a positive customer relationships
- Analysing existing/potential customer needs
- Presenting, promoting and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Tracking sales and providing status reports
- Ensuring the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Keeping abreast of best practices in market and communicating trends back to the business
The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with clients.
• Sound knowledge of marketing techniques
• Sound communication and negotiation skills
• Must be able to operate and maintain a range of office systems and applications, and provide reports.
• Demonstrated motivation, drive and initiative to meet sales goals.
Applicants must have:
• Proven relevant experience as a sales executive or similar role (minimum 5 years) and demonstrated understanding of the fire industry.
• A driver’s licence is essential.
• To be eligible for this position it is essential that you are an Australian citizen, have permanent resident status in Australia, or have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia.
Other Requirements - this role will require travel which can include within a working day, or require overnight absence from home.
