Business Development Manager

The role

• Selling Digital loyalty platform into the Retail and Hospitality sectors
• Business Development to generate interest and close sales
• Field sales role, networking, hunting and account management
• Solution / consultative selling into Tier 2 retail organisations
• Market Research and Analysis
• Leverage customer and professionals relationships to develop a pipeline and develop strategic relationships
• Partner Management

The Ideal candidate

• 5 years + field based New Business Development experience
• Previous experience selling into the Retail sector and medium to large Retail organisations
• Hunter mentality - ability to complete full sales cycle from start to finish
• Ability to generate new leads through networking and business development
• Proven ability to win and grow business through well thought out engagement
• Ability to work on own initiative and to be self-motivated
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience putting a Sales plan in place
