CORNZAL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, an energetic and vibrant Registered Training Organisation is seeking a talented Industry Engagement Officer who can bring their best to our business.

Our team aims to provide a collaborative, consultative approach to develop a tailored solution for each client according to their needs.

To succeed in this role, you need to be a personable, confident communicator, ideally with prior experience in Education sales and able to demonstrate sufficient experience of selling services to the business sector, interacting with key personnel in building strong business relationships.
You will be looking at ways to increase sales across all sectors of the market, focusing on improving relationships with our existing customer base and on boarding new clients.

The role requires the applicant to be highly motivated, organised and able to work independently to ensure that the team achieves their collective & individual goals.
You need to be able to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to meet our client's needs.
Good communication skills are required and an open, friendly approach to working with colleagues.

 To be considered for this role you must hold an Open Driver's License and possess the right to work in Australia.
 

Skills and experience

Demonstration of key understanding of the working practices of the education sector, working and selling closely with key decision makers. As such, you must have the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated track record in Business Development and Client Management with at least 3+ years' experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
• Strong client-facing skills..
• Tenacious sales mentality with a resilient personality.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to details.
• A passion for maintaining your own personal development
• Experience of delivering on sales targets.
• Demonstrable ability to build customer relationships at a senior level.
• Proposal writing and presentation skills
• Responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines.
