Based in the beautiful Lockyer Valley, Creative Early Learning is a leading supplier of quality educational resources, toys and equipment across Australia. We have traveling sales consultants, online shopping and we are excited to be stepping in a new direction to expand our great little business even further by offering Party Plan before Christmas arrives. Therefore, we need someone who can head up the Party Plan Team and set to work in making it all happen.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Establishing a Party Plan Model from the ground up
- Structure Sales Consultant and Hostess Rewards Pyramids including Bonuses
- Create & Supply Marketing and Advertising Material and Ideas
- Draft a Sales Consultant Application & Agreement
- Advertise, Interview, Recruit and Train new Sales Consultants
- Manage and Mentor Sales Consultants on an ongoing basis
- Meet Sales Targets and Goals
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL POSSESS:
- Previous Experience in Party Plan as a Manager or a Party Plan Sales Consultant position
- Proven record in exceeding sales targets
- Current Australian Drivers Licence & Car
- Availability for some weekend training as per Sales Consultant scheduled Party Times predict
- Highly driven sales professional with outstanding customer service skills and an eye for detail
- Focus on sales targets and reaching goals
- Moderate computer skills
- Amazing organisational and time management skills
- Someone who has the passion and drive to take on this role and exceed their own expectations
- Honest, well presented, team player
- Willingness to gain new product knowledge and share that knowledge to coach their team
