The role:
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers across the Real Estate Industry
- Prospect new growth opportunities across all four divisions of the business
- Client facing you will use your solution selling experience to engage in fact finding to identify opportunities to promote growth within their team and business
- Develop territory planing and map our opportunities and engage client interest
- Nurture existing relationships and ensure repeat business
- Conduct high level sales meetings with clients, providing valuable industry information
- Demonstrate the ability to influence key decision makers
- Proven track record in increasing client base, lead generation and sales growth
- Self-motivated and over achiever
- A strong team player but also have the ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience in solution selling across Real Estate, IT or the Finance sector
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Passion for achieving sales targets and making commission!
