You will be working for a highly successful & fast-growing division of a global unified communications vendor with dynamic & innovative solutions that allow clients to work anywhere with anyone using remote connectivity tools with a variety of applications. The solutions on offer will include web, video & audio conferencing as well as solutions related to other communications tools from other vendors such as Cisco.

This is a hunting role where you will be creating & developing relationships with C-level Executives in Commercial & Enterprise clients across NSW. You will be selling products from some of the biggest Tier 1 global IT & Communications vendors and putting solutions together for clients as well as maintaining client satisfaction. You will have an understanding of how IT solutions are put together and you will be honest, straight forward and compelling in working with your clients. With offices in Sydney CBD, this Company offers fantastic career opportunities as well as excellent remuneration & benefits. This is a combined role of field & telephone sales as well as demonstrating on-line products & you will be joining a dynamic & highly successful team who regularly exceed their targets in a fast moving, high demand environment.

You will have high energy, passion, a strong personal presence and confidence to deal with C-level executives with the self-motivation to undertake a steep learning curve with the ability to offer SaaS/Communication solutions to corporate clients.

The role:

  • Design, sell & implement Unified Communication Solutions by creating sales opportunities in given named Enterprise client accounts
  • Research prospective clients utilising available tools
  • Cold calling Enterprise Clients to generate leads & close business managing end-to-end sales cycles
  • Cultivate, manage & close sales opportunities and manage client relationships at C-Suite level
  • Undertake a high volume of client visits to demonstrate products & close sales
  • Work closely with cross-sellers & Solutions Design Engineers to create solutions for clients
  • Salesforce.com database input & management
  • Management & pipeline reporting

In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following essential criteria:

  • A Graduate with a relevant business, marketing or technology degree
  • At least 3 years B2B sales experience dealing with Enterprise clients
  • Experience gained in the IT or Telco industry is required with an understanding of how IT Solutions are put together
  • A proven track record of achieving KPI’s & sales targets
  • Confidence to pick up the phone and get the sales process started
  • First class written & verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise a demanding workload
  • Excellent time management & organisational capability
  • High levels of self-motivation & energy
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office products
  • Ability to manage & keep updated Saleforce.com
