They pride themselves on providing an easy to use online SMS platform with a focus on SMS marketing, SMS for operations, and advanced SMS API solutions.

 

The Role

Our client requires an Intelligent and motivated self-starter to take ownership of the Account Management function of the business. This role is best suited to an experienced and dynamic Account Manager with an engaging personality and strong work ethic. You will be primarily selling within the SME and Mid-market space and speaking to existing clients predominantly business owners and marketing managers - so similar experience in this capacity would be well regarded.

● Act as the main client contact and establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel.

● Cross and up sell our suite of products by identifying new business opportunities across our AU, NZ and Singapore clients.

● Grow and develop the existing portfolio of clients to drive top line growth.

● Achievement of quarterly revenue targets.

● Build, develop and maintain a healthy relationship with existing top tier clients.

● Provide feedback to management on customer needs

● Conduct product demos, articulate the clients value propositions, build rapport and nurture our high

quality clients.

 

Skills, Experience & Qualities

●  Minimum 2- 4 years experience in a Account Management position.

●  Experience working within a technology/SaaS environment.

●  Background retaining SME and Mid-market clients, specifically dealing with business owners and marketing managers.

● A proven relationship manager, with strong conceptual and analytical skills.

● Demonstrable commercial negotiation & conversion skills.

● Excellent communication skills and impeccable phone manner a must.
