We seek a dedicated, passionate and talented person to join our sales operation as a Customer Business Manager (Field) based in NSW (South Region) to drive sales with our customers within the Pharmacy and Health related retail markets.

Purpose of Role:

You will manage a territory of Pharmacies and Health Food Stores within the South Region in NSW proactively contributing to the NSW sales team with support from your State Field Sales Manager.    This is an established client base working within an 8 week call cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Personal ownership of call planner, territory/area and store list
  • Daily face to face store visits
  • Sell-in of new products including pharmacy staff training at store level
  • Distribution and planogram checks and ongoing maintenance at stores to ensure product portfolio is compliant
  • Relationship building with store buyers and owners
  • Reporting input into the CRM system, daily sales, training and store visits;
  • Working with IMS and aztec data to manage and build territory/area sales
  • Presentations of business review each quarter

Who are you?

  • Previous experience gained in the pharmacy channel sales essential
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in achieving new business growth
  • Develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships with customers
  • Ability to negotiate additional product ranging, distribution and off location displays
  • Proficient in Excel, word and power point

Ideally you have experience across pharmacy sales, with strong customer relationships.  You are highly motivated, structured and able to work autonomously.  You enjoy meeting people and presenting to stores with confidence.  You are looking for a company that supports your ongoing learning and development through on the job coaching to achieve great results.

A full current driver's licence must be held to be able to perform duties of the role.  You will also be required to provide a fit for work medical check.  There will be a regional trip lasting approximately one week in every eight weeks to Orange area.
