About The Role
Working in partnership with our Trade distribution network, commercial sales team and trade painter customer base, you will maintain and grow your territory for our key paint product lines: Wattyl, Solver & Granosite. This role includes a mix of Account Management and Lead Generation. Day to day you will be calling on your contacts, protecting and breaking specifications, tracking projects through and managing the relationships with the end users.
This customer focused role has responsibility for account management and new business development in line with pre-set budgets, along with revenue and profit responsibility.
About You:
Flexible and resilient with a motivated, “can-do” attitude, you love a challenge and your enthusiasm is contagious! Being a born salesperson you are a great communicator and build genuine rapport and relationships with enjoyment and ease. You have great organisational skills with the ability to effectively balance your priorities and wow our customers every time. A good understanding of the trade and commercial market channel environments will help us set you up for success from your very first day, as will previous experience with a CRM (we use Salesforce.com) and being out on the road for a lot of your time, you will of course need a full drivers licence and a proactive focus on safety. A paint application background or paint knowledge will be highly regarded
