With manufacturing and distribution sites in VIC, they distribute and install a range of Energy Efficient Building Solutions, that are highly desirable with both builder and architect alike.

Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity exists for a talented Specification Manager for their South East based office
Position:
The Specification Manager is responsible for the management and development of contractors and consultants within the projects market segment acrosss NSW. This is a front end role providing technical info to pass on to the engineering team
Working with architects and consultants on design concepts, briefs, tenders and specifications up until project handover
Delivering fast, accurate and relevant briefs and information from the clients back to the production / engineering team
Deliver products and presentations to architects and builders on a regular basis, inline with the National Specification Strategy
- Develop and maintain a ‘market map’ of all major architects, contractors and builders,understanding their relationships to each other and current purchasing practices
- Develop effective relationships with key architects, designers, engineers and developers to ensure specification of materials are maximised
- Develop Account Plans for the Region’s top 10 architects and Top 5 commercial builders
- Generate demand for companys products and systems among architects, contractors and builders in the commercial segment
- Writing and developing CPD courses and presentations
Unique products, existing clients and a high level of support will ensure the OTE is highly achievable.

Candidate
- Proven success specifying a technical building product via architects & engineers
- Strong knowledge of the commercial construction industry
- A confident & polished sales professional with a strategic approach to business development
- Well versed at putting together specifications, quotations and presentations based on clients specific requirements
- Good - strong IT skills
- Ability to work from home and work autonomously
- Ideally, qualifications in business, engineering or architecture
- Candidates that have specific Architectural Glazing, Louvres, Windows, Acoustic, Roofing Systems, Structural Timber, Wall or Ceiling Panels, Facades, Cladding, Plasterboard, Insulation or a related external architectural product knowledge would be highly sought after
